I'll start idling when I head to work in the mornings. Just let the game idle for 8-9 hours while i'm away could help.
 
You think my work would allow me to use our unmonitored back DSL connection to idle on our servers with? I could just go play TF2 anytime I take a break.

.......I'd probably be taking a lot of breaks....
