Bad Company 2 Back to level One

So, I'm back to level one again and so is everyone else.
Nothing in my arsenal, no points, ouch.
Sure hoping this is just a minor snafu as I haven't found a replacement game yet.

Well back to level one is a problem, I liked my stuff, and now it's gone. But as for a replacement. Planetside, it's like BF, just futuristic and a larger server/map

Huh..doesn't look like its server sided either this time, but on EA's side - moment I login on BC2 it shows me as level 1 and not what I was before

How was it you got it resolved? Or did they fix it on their end?

When I try the chat session on EA Support for BC2 it gives me a Page not found (And i've used the chat session before for BF4 so not sure whats up)

They resolved the issue(s) on their end.

I remember that time and yes EA did resolve it and all levels were restored.

I will check later my rank and if its not what it was then no more bfbc2.
But Ea rank and server joining was down yesterday

1 1/2 years ago the "problem" only happened to soldiers with capitol letters in their names. This time it's affecting all. Rather than waste points getting to L2 I'm going to sit out for a bit and let my tendinitis and arthritis recover a bit.

Points aren't accruing from session to session, so it doesn't look like anyone can level up either.

Let's just hope it's only for a few days, at most.
