Anyone still have some of the old jail maps from source? Would like to try and convert them if I can ;D
Rip you. First you're going to need to decompile the bsp file into a vmf file that's usable in CS:GO's SDK. Then you'll open up the map, and see a bunch of error signs and white textures because GO doesn't have the stuff from source. So you either go through all the error signs and manually change them to something else, or you use something like gcfscape to rip the materials and models from counter-strike's pak directory (and some from half life 2's) with no guarantee that they work ( I tried, it didn't work, I cried). Then you cry cuz everythings broken and delete cs:go sdk, never to be used again.
Rip hopes and dreams
