Battlefield Division Ban request....class?

I would like to offer a class to ANYONE who feels they can not properly fill out a ban request. This is not a class for mockery, this is a class for those that may not be self confident in their abilities to..as examples..open multiple pages, copy and pasting.
I will basically show you how I do it, if need be step by step, or I will simply answer ANY questions regarding Ban request.
I will do this either one on one or group, and again this is NOT to make fun of or disrespect anyone, I offer this for several reasons, mainly because I learned these skills HERE at eGO, and as a admin trainer, I feel I should pass the knowledge along.

When we doing this Beemer? Although I do know how, and I have filled out plenty of them, I have learned in my time here in eGO that when an older member offers knowledge, the newer members should definitely pay atention, so I will try my best to attend your class Beemer!

I've never filled out a ban request before (never needed to) so I'd be down for a class on how to properly do it so I know how to properly do one and don't mess it up, even as simple as they are to do.

Just catch me in TS, we will go to a room with no one in it and do the class, if need be I will do several as I know this may take a lot of time for some..I don't care..as a trainer I am feeling I have failed in an area of my teaching, this is to correct that
