Go ahead and throw up your ideas of what you would like to see in our new server pertaining to map rotations/gamemodes.

Op Outbreak, Dragon Valley, Whiteout, Silk Road.

And Conquest large.

(If you add any maps that are extremely linear, CTF and rush will suck.. much like they already do on the metro server)
 
May I suggest an actual vote if possible STRNGRDANG3R? A lot easier than tallying up people's replies.

Could do a spread in Google Drive if you can't :)

but then you get people who vote, that don't even own BF... lol

I vote for Pear Market, mixed mode.
 
If we are going with this, ideally we should go with vanilla maps and free dlc maps.Having DLC in the rotation will limit your traffic. However, those who wish to have DLC maps in server better be willing to play in the server everyday, as previously we had DLC only server but not many people were seeding it. As a result, we don't have a server with multiple DLCs

Thank you very much for getting another server - I hope the Hz-water-issues are resolved after the last update. Here comes my list of favourite DLC maps in Conquest Large (The list would be different for DM, Carrier Assault, CTF.. etc...)

No stupid TDM it kills DV people want vehicles such a awesome throwback

I also agree with other vehicle maps some at least no infantry maps we got metro and lockers for that

Actually I think that we should consider having a rotation with TDM game mode in it. We have that mode in event server and its really fun to play. What do you guys think about that ?

and it dies every time it switches to TDM unless it is packed with eGO members I been monitoring it over 50% fallout rate on map change this should not be implemented.

I totally agree with Majeye on this, 13yrs of running servers and god knows how many hours of finding server/map configs that work people hate going from vehicles on these maps to TDM it should not be just a few members want it and have it implemented onto server this will make it harder to start and stay running than Metro.

Already being done. This was just set up ahead of time to get people thinking and plus I had some extra time. The spread will be linked later tonight as I went back to work early cause I was so dang bored at home so time is limited again for me.
 
At this time we do not have a 60 hz server or new server in rotation. This post is about ideas and discussion about getting another server. The DLs and community management would have to discuss options about such. As of right now our current host can only run a 48 man server on 60hz anything over that up to 64 can run on 40hz and 30hz. Many servers that have jumped on the bandwagon to 60hz have quickly went back to a lower limit of 40hz. The price also to add 40hz is about $15 and 60hz is about $25. The other discussion is that currently the Metro Server is staying Metro only. If a new server would be brought up then it would most likely be DLC only or Vanilla only. Mixing modes has not worked for our server population because of the number of those who do not have premium or the DLCs along with the new maps coming out have to run like DLCs. The new map is a good possible option as it is big and well built.
 
I'd like to see something along the lines of "best maps from all DLC" in Conquest Large and Rush. If we want to do a Vanilla and free DLC maps, could the free DLC maps be added to pop maps?
My favorite DLC maps are; Altai Range, Silk Road, Caspian Border 2014, Lost Islands, Operation Mortar, Wave breaker, Pearl Market, Propaganda, and all Final Stand maps.
