Our protocol for admining is simple warn, they break the rule again...kick, should they return and break the rule again temp ban.
Posting the rules is NOT a warning, one must either put out a warning to all of the infraction or to the rule breaker....example
Please do not enter the enemy uncap...typed to all the server.......or
/psay Beemermarine please do not enter the enemy uncap
THEN and only then should the offence be repeated, the player kicked.

It also worth noting as an admins we're not required to kick or ban anyone. It's up to the admin to use their discretion and good judgement to decide if the offense merits a w/k/b. I kick far less players then I do now... not only because I have to set down my game to look into the offense, but because it's battlefield! People do and say stupid and annoying things it's part of the game. When the offense becomes a disruptive to the game-play or outright verbal abuse then obviously handle it.

I wholeheartedly agree with 762MM on this... Keep in mind you can always give a second, or subsequent warning to players, if you feel they merit an additional warning (maybe a server regular, or someone going 2-20 and just frustrated). Just please keep in mind do NOT say "Last Warning" or "Final Warning". Once they have been given a warning, you can kick, or just warn again. For example you can say : "Once Again : Please do not disrespect other players. Thank you."
