Now that we have that out of the way we can move on to the actual part.

A Simple Reminder-

Ts will mess up orders EVENTUALLY. Just correct them and they'll do so.
Scenario A - You ask Ts to line up on a wall Shoulder To Shoulder and freeze facing the wall. Some do these actions perfectly with ease. The others do exactly what you say except not facing the wall.
Wrong Way to Deal With It.
Shoot the Ts straight up and tell them that they were not following orders.(This is still a valid option)
Correct Way to Deal With It.
Tell them to face towards the wall and continue with your day.

Repeating Orders for Ts-

Ts don't always hear orders and sometimes ask for a repeat.
Scenario B - Beginning of the round and cells haven't opened you give orders and wait. You see several Ts type "Repeat" in chat.
Wrong Way to Deal With It.
You tell the Ts you've already said the orders clear enough and wait for those StatTrak™ Kills.
Correct Way to Deal With It.
Simply repeat the orders without hesitation.
Correct Way to Deal With It.
Say your orders once at the beginning of the round and repeat right before the cells open.
Reading Chat Frequently-
Ts will always listen carefully to your orders and shout out anything they feel is unjustified.
Scenario C - You're about to play Laser Game and a CT Mass Free Killed/FreeDMG recently. Ts start shouting out to heal because it's unfair.
Wrong Way to Deal With It.
Ignore chat without even looking and continue to play.
Wrong Way to Deal With It.
Read chat and say "It's ok" and continue to play regardless.
Correct Way to Deal With It.
Read chat and say "All Ts Bum Rush Heal" and send them back to play.
Correct Way to Deal With It.
Read Chat and play a different game that the penalty of losing is death.
