So I currently play the division on Xbox One, I am at a point where I have beat all the missions for my current level and a little more, but the next level is too "high" for me. Any tips on what to do now?

Side missions and encounters in the zone appropriate for you level would be the best I think.

i disagree. i think the rewards for hard mode are not worth the extra difficulty. as it seems he's playing solo and is struggling with the next level missions, i'd recommend doing the side missions in areas around his level and a bit above, as they will give generous amounts of experience compared to story missions.

i always found the reward to be worth it on hard. plus he could replay them on hard if he wants to and just to matchmaking. its an easy way to get better gear early on in the game
