I remember now the carts are to blast the doors open

It's some form of hybrid map.

There are two payload carts you can push that blow holes in two areas of the wall, which then allow you to capture the points.

I've watched a couple TF2 youtubers play it as of late and it looks incredible.

I do remember we had this, but we had to clean a LOT of maps off the event server recently. Ones that we didn't use to often didn't make the cut. Pzycho will look into it, I'm sure.
