An owner of a website "bet" and showed video promoting the website without disclosing his stake in the company. He failed to disclose and misrepresented the common outcome, thus resulting in a favorable appearance that wouldn't have been otherwise. Not to mention betting on a website you own is shady in and of itself, as you have access to the backend code and can force a favorable outcome.

It really is pretty disturbing when you see this. I haven't watched any of these streamers, but I hope legal action is taken against them so that people understand that this is not something that you can do and just get away with.

He does drive a few valid points home, one of them being that it gives those creating UCC a bad name. However, one thing he doesn't realize is that YT will fail to do anything to their channels, as it created ad revenue for them. It's like all those prank videos. Sure, they can be proven to be fake or dangerous, even plant the ideas of replication to the average 12 year old in the hopes of becoming YT famous wordwide, if not within their circle of friends. However, with all that said, even the greatest of pricks on YT can have millions of views, which generates revenue for both the content creators and YT.
The only weapon that we have is ourselves, where we stop viewing their videos, stop (or remove ourselves from) subscribing to their channels, and let them slip back into the ether from whence they came. Unfortunately, with the viewer base of YT being in the 12-19 year age bracket, it will be difficult, because we cannot guarantee that everyone knows how YT works.

Moral of the story: Don't use CS:GO gambling sites if they have any major sponsorship with a big YouTuber.
Honestly, if any big internet personality advertises for a product or website I've never heard of, it can't be that good. I found it odd that JoshOG pretty much switched from SkinArena to CSGOLotto in less than a day and had it all over his channel. Even on the off chances I went on a skin gambling site to throw away skins for the lulz, I avoided CSGOLotto like the plague.
