All owners for this season have been split across Alpha and Bravo leagues, and messages for dice rolls are going out.
1a) League Changes:
- We are back to 12 man leagues, down from 14 teams.
- Trade deadline for BOTH leagues is now Nov. 26th.
- We now go the full season, meaning that playoffs now cover weeks 15,16,17
2) Draft date and time
The draft date and time for BOTH Alpha and Bravo leagues has been scheduled for Sun Aug 21st, @ 3:00pm EST. Please be sure to mark your calendars. Hopefully most of you can participate real-time (we will also be assembling in TS during the draft), but even if you are unable to, you can always pre-rank your draft choices within Yahoo.
3) Dice rolls
Let's start rolling the dice to randomly determine our draft positions. I will also message the following dice roll instructions to each team.

When you have the page up you need to change/input some parameters:
I have attached a screenshot on how everything should look before you click on 'rollem'.
IMPORTANT notes about your dice rolls:
- The SUM of the 3 numbers will be used to decide draft positions. The highest number will get 1st pick and so on...
- Dice rolls that do not have the correct parameters will be considered invalid, and you will have to re-roll.
- If I don't receive your dice roll results email directly from the dice roll site, you will have to re-roll. Absolutely no ifs/buts, copy+pastes or forwarded emails will not be accepted.
- I will be emailing my own roll results to Rogue (for verification/validation purposes).
- I trust we all have the integrity not to submit a false roll for another team.
- All dice rolls must be submitted by Sat Aug 20th 12:00PM EST. Unlike previous years I will not roll for you if you have not submitted your roll; if your roll is not in on time, you will be bumped to the last draft position/s.
- If you choose to re-roll and you get a lower number, you are stuck with that number. I.E. You roll a 160, but decide to re-roll and roll a 72, then you are stuck with 72 and will be positioned for the draft accordingly.

4) Determining the overall 2016 champion
Since there will be an Alpha league champion as well as a Bravo league champion, the overall 2016 champion will be determined by whichever one of them scores the most points throughout the playoffs (i.e. weeks 15-17).
Tie-breakers:
-If by some stroke of luck they are tied, then the first tie-breaker will be overall W-L record.
-If they are still tied at that point, the next tie-breaker will be their division W-L record.
-And I seriously doubt it will happen but if we are still tied, then we will work "on count back", comparing their W-Ls starting from the last regular season game and going backwards. I.e. if team A winning in week 15 would trump team B losing in week 15.
