I Captured the Middle Flag (By Myself)

[AliciaMc84]

What a fun time playing last night and there was a memorable moment! I wanted to share an experience that I had not seen before. No, I'm not crazy either (well that's debatable)...I actually captured the middle flag on Avalanche by myself. So during a match another player and I were trying to capture the middle flag and that person was killed 3/4 of the way to the capture. A few seconds later it showed me as capturing the flag by myself. :confused1: Yes, I'm obviously that powerful! I so wish that I'd gotten a screenshot A really good player Kevlar-Heart saw what happened too (so there is a witness LOL). I thought you Day of Defeat Veterans would enjoy that one. Has anyone ever seen that happen before?

Have a wonderful day and see you on the battlefield!

A.

Well done Princess, I rarely go to middle cant see to well but you took the biscuit yesterday, keep it up and enjoy the game. :thumbup1: :thumbup1:

[Simon]

Never seen that one before! Although you never know with the glitches and old bugs that DoD:S surprises us with from time to time. That's cool! Grab a screenshot next time haha I'd like to see it!

[He@d$hoT]

That's awesome! I have never seen that before either

[Mr_Nicoll]

I'm calling hacks.

Sounds like a ban is heading your way

Thanks London you are too kind and a great team leader! Also, can you please prevent me from having to play on the evil side! The beginning of last night was horrific for me. J/K

iSimon, "glitches...Old Bugs" can't we just say I have super powers!?!? I figured out what key to push for the screenshot but I don't know where I would find the image. Can you guide me?

He@d$hot, YES!!!! Besides the occasional weird lag kill I haven't seen anything strange like that.

That's awesome! I have never seen that before either

Mr_Nicoll, you made my gaming day! Nobody has ever accused me of hacking! My fragile gaming ego deserves this accusation. Just once it would be nice to get the title of "Flag Capture Hacker!" :facewall: It would be a badge of honor! LOL

Try it Tonight Princess......I Told You We Own that Fountain....LOl...great Job...See ya in BaTTLe..

[Q-tip]

I don't know the exact reason behind it, but I've seen this several times. I think if you are close enough to the timer, it might give it to you, even though the other person died. Most if the time, the opposing player gets the block, but every once in a while it goes to the benefit of the capper.
I truly hate to suggest that you don't have super powers..
I have seen it on kalt and donner a few times...
Good job tho! I have yet to run into you, but will be keeping an eye out!

You can keep running and hiding Q-tip but eventually you'll meet my super powers!

Ronald's Golden Arches need to fly proudly above the fountain for all to see! I have your back. Especially now that the Olympics are over and life is settling down (kids are back in school and going to bed earlier). :thumbup1: I'll see you in the beautiful town of Avalanche!
