de_dust2, alot time when no admins. we get hackers in the server

When you do encounter issues with these players, you have a few options right now that can help out

1. Jump on Teamspeak and ask an admin for help. There is always someone on who would be happy to help out.

2. Record a demo and submit a ban request. You are an e, our first line of defense on the server! Capture some evidence and leadership will review it for you and help keep these hackers from returning to our servers.

3. Make friends with some G's and O's! Network a little and add a few on your friends list, and we can help you out any time.

Unfortunately for the most part, voting to kick and ban are features that could easily be abused, against a player that might not be a hacker. Submitting a demo is your best bet though to help our servers out to stop these players . I'm sure this thread will get a few more replies with more options of how to deal with these situations
