My planned list so far:

Masamune-kun no Revenge
Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukuguku wo! 2
Kuzu no Honkai
Urara Meirochou
Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon
Grandblue Fantasy The Animation
Hand Shakers
Chaos;Child
Little Witch Academia

Toss ups:
Seiren (not enough info)
Schoolgirl Strikers (uh... ok)
Gabriel DropOut (just sounds bleh @_@)

Looking like a weak season for me. Oh well, will help me get on my backlog for this season @_@

I will admit: i thought you were making a winner anime post, not Winter. Thought there was some anime-related prize being given out that I missed. LOL!

Looking forward to Yowamushi; that turned out to be a great, fun series to watch.
Can't stand Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku; that became nearly unbearable to watch. The worst mashup of anime/rpg elements combined (and fanboy-ism)
YES FOR SAO: CARDINAL SCALE!
Interested in seeing the sequel to Blue Exorcist.
Demi-chan looks to be a funny series to enjoy.

Some of the other anime looks promising, but it will depend on how the first two episodes go.

Lol that was a bit awkward. Thanks for pointing it out.

I haven't really looked into the movies much plot wise, but the sequel to Zutto Mae kara Suki deshita (Suki ni Naru Sono Shunkan wo) should be just as enjoyable. Also, Kizumongatari III is something to be excited for if you're a fan of that series.

I thought last Winter season looked boring ._. Oh well, I'll give some of these a fair shot.

I can't wait for Digimon-Tri to come out. I love the universe they fast-forwarded to from season 1, for the few episodes released.

On a slightly unrelated note, what's everyones take on the Ghost in the Shell live action film? I hope it stays true to the anime and keeps that very dark feeling to it.

While not expecting too much, I do have some high hopes for it. As opposed to many other live action adaptations, this one is being done by Hollywood on what I understand to be a nice sized budget. The teasers so far look really interesting and appears to stay true to its dark nature. Will have to wait and see how it is as a whole.

I can't wait for Spring Season 2017!!! Uchuu Senkan Yamato 2202 is dropping February with a blu-ray release in March. On top of that, Shingeki no Kyojin Season 2 is coming out in March/April

I really hope that they don't make it as dry as the manga content. Some of it was interesting, but they really need to cover a HUGE portion of it in maybe 2-3 episodes max and get back to what attracted their large audience in the first place. If you've read the manga, you'll know exactly how much different the upcoming content is from what the first season was.

I'm glad that this season is looking weak for me. Will give me time to catch up and watch the 12ish shows I'm behind on for the fall season @_@

Yeah, but it all lead up to the current drama in the most recent few chapters. I mean Isayama has taken what we thought we knew, then outright threw a wrench in the works, leaving most of us with more questions than answers.

But seriously, the identity of the Smiling Titan, major WTF moment when I read that

Because it's sort of a spoiler, I put the thing in there. But there were so many WTF moments for me in what I like to call the
conspiracy arc
. We just learn so much about everything, but like you said it only opens more questions.

Man this list is so... mediocre :P

Only interested in:
Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku wo! Season 2
and
Masamune-kun no Revenge (maybe)

Updated the image with version 2. A couple shows were added and some more detailed descriptions on a few shows. Also a few airing dates were announced. Rip Seiren still not description @_@

I'm totally adding One Room to my watch list though. It's more for the art than anything else. I've always liked Kantoku's character designs.

With winter anime just around the corner, zana at neregate put together a v3. Has descriptions, dates, and a few more additions. Seiren finally has its description and date. Sounds totally like an Amagi rip off, which wasn't really that good any. Interesting idea to give each character their own arc, Yosuga no Sora is another that did this, but those always seem to fall short for me.

Maybe it's been out for a while elsewhere but Netflix just released Ajin season 2. I enjoyed the first season, and I'll basically watch anything Polygon Pictures puts out now so looking forward to it. (Knights of Sidonia v3 plz)

You should give Little Witch Academia and Gabriel Dropout a try. I feel think you would enjoy both of those as well. I just got around to a lot of the first episodes so far and Gabriel Dropout really surpassed my expectations. It wasn't good, but not bad either. Was just some nice comedy that was actually pretty funny!
