It feels like it's been more than a year since I've been apart of EGO,
watching it grow so fast...go through it's changes...
watching people come and go, then rejoin again lol.

It is hard being a girl playing video games. Even harder when I'm bad at the game lol

I was a sensitive soul when I first discovered EGO, little things would
get me down and make me want to give up. But lately I've realized
how much more I can take.

At Caroloke when Canii told me to walk home if I got drunk and not
"drive"...normally I'd be in tears because she forgot my situation and
didn't get my joke...but it actually made me laugh, quite a lot. <3

I always feel the need to explain my situation when people complain
about my playing style. And yesterday when I was being spammed
with !down's because I was playing pyro...Emmy and Drk had my back
and supported me. I stopped feeling that need to explain and just had
fun and played the game.

To be able to take jokes and make jokes back (mostly to my bae Dee
and Pz because he's always afk and stealing my sentry spots<3)

Watching =(e)='s grow to be such great admins in training (eG's) and
then getting their O's. Being mature admins and at the same time goof
off and have fun awhile they play...has really given me relief and joy.

I am proud to be apart of this group and to be EGO strong. ~Tea​

I joined eGO many years ago, when I was not the most popular kid in the school yard, and it was my escape from everything. Glad to see years later the feeling is still there. I've switched divisions, cameback, advised, gave PZ his first chance and got him an EC spot :3 , left/rebelled, cameback, retired. Ive seen this place change from great, to not so great, to better, and now great again.

The point is I love the members i've meet during my time here, everyone here has been like family, which is why i've stuck around. I've gotten to meet the new =e='s and seen them get their O's. They're super friendly and It's awesome to have them.

I got to see two rival communities get together and play TF2 together for the first time after many years, i even cameback from retirement for that 2 day event while i was at work, its funny because that's where i went after i stepped down as advisor. They're also very nice so glad that was made possible.

This year has been awesome, wish I had more time to play but school/work/and gaming dont go well al together, I hope you all happy a Merry Christmas/Happy Hanukkah none of you get coal this year(except maybe for pnda, he owes me a hat ).

ps. ThePolish aka The Polish Pyronaut is the best Engineer in the history of eGO, DrkChocolate is the current scary one though

I'm the young one based on my join date. Tea , you were one of the first people I met that made me want to stay. DeeLuxxed , brought me to the servers. Now this community is a home for me. I met new friends, laughed, facepalmed, and felt like a proud parent watching a member get their O. Thank you all for being a part.

Also, warn and silence those idiots next time when they spam(i.e. do it as a mass group for no reason, encourage others to do it, or deliberately single out a user for something such as class choice) !down, that's disrespect.
