Customisable communication wheel, up to 4 emotes, up to 4 voice lines as well as spray wheel.
Encourage party voice chat to join team voice chat
Working on multiple heroes, one of which reaching the art pipeline.
More maps and game modes including experimental ones.
Esports spectator improvements, including a map
New ways of finding custom games and a server browser for them

I'll need to watch the voice part specifically (posted this at work), but I would guess he is saying "you should join team chat to help out" rather than some change, unless they make that the default in Competitive or something, which a lot of people have asked for.
