Team Fortress 2 has become a home for many of us. We welcome in people no matter their background. We make new friends and sometimes they decide to stay. Two and a half months ago, we welcomed in a new friend and he decided to stay with us. He chose to not only stay but jump in with both feet. He began helping with the Recruitment Coordinators and dove straight in. He began by helping organize some of the behind the scenes craziness and has done a great job. Less than 2 weeks on the team he stepped up to lead an event when -=DUH=- was called away suddenly. He made it one of the best Meet'n'Greets in a while, and began contacting new members to draw them into the community.
When someone makes an impact of that magnitude on a Division, they deserve to be recognized.
It is without further ado that I announce the appointment of iSimon to Advisor!
I think the only person surprised at this promotion is iSimon himself. He is a great friend to so many in the division and a great admin as well. We are excited to have him on the team, and look forward to some new ideas that he will bring to the table!He puts his heart into the division and you can see that in every action.
iSimon, continue to show that heart and we will grow as a division and a community faster than imaginable.
