IDK If I'm just stupid, but when I try to 'reply with quote' I can't put any spaces

I was trying to quote someone in another thread, and I pressed the 'reply with quote' button on the bottom of their post, and the spacebar didn't work. I tried it a few more times to make sure I wasn't pressing anything by mistake so ?\_(ツ)_/?. I cna put spaces normally.

I don't think images would help tbh
