I agree that Jail is slipping, and I believe this because of many reasons.
- Strict CT's and CT's free killing and not knowing the rules.
- Hard for new people to play (Meaning they will not get ST, probably will not beat climb and race and all of that vs newer players)
- When there is less then 5 people on, people just decide to leave until more people join, but this is a never ending cycle
- It is February, on of the most dead times of the year for game servers
- Weekdays and school
I will be on close to 24/7 over the weekend, whether actually playing, or AFK filling
