Imma summarize what I talked to Nick about, cause really theres 3 definitions of baiting.
Definition A)
A CT positioning themselves close to the T(s) in attempt to get them to rush so they can kill the Ts
Definition B)
Purposely not using CT areas even after being told/suggested or guided to use them, but not directly trying to tempt the Ts into killing/attacking them
Definition C)
Unknowingly not using CT areas because instead of playing the map as T for a few rounds to learn it, they instantly jump on CT and have no clue where to position themselves.
Def A) is them purposely breaking the rules
Def B) is them either purposely breaking the rules or them not paying attention to admin/team chat
Def C) is them not knowing the map and not paying attention.
What the difference between all three is the intention of the player which is not easily known to other players and admins.
Players should suggest to their teammates to stay in CT areas or far enough away that they pose no threat to being injured or killed (hint, remind them their weapons shoot projectiles and those go far). If a player ignores suggestions or guidance then admins can/will step in and take further action.
Also you should never be on the same floor as the Ts if you warden, STOP HAVING THEM FOLLOW YOU, just tell them where to go, everyone has a minimap with labels on like all but 2 maps. If its not labeled tell them to go to your bullets/paintballs(if they come back). Theres no reason not to be in CT areas when they are available to you.
