Server Disruption - Firing into uncaps area unprovoked
Upon returning you again broke the rules and I gave you a "personal" warning .. I chose not to Ban you but rather warn you as I was not convinced you grasped the entire meaning of the rules

Griefing - Any action that hampers the ability of other players to enjoy the server IE, the intentional act of destroying team assets to include helos, vehicles, and deployable boxes such as ammo or health.
UnCaps (UnCappable points/Main Base Spawns) - It is perfectly legal and is part of the game in Rush mode, its unavoidable as its the intent of the mode. On Conquest you may not enter the enemy uncap for any reason. Also you may only shoot that player when provoked or shot at by them but cannot fire at more than your intended target. Vehicle camping in the Uncap is not allowed.
Team/Clan Stacking - Is strictly against the rules, as with all EGO games, keep admins and players evenly balanced between the teams. As of now we are running all servers with Auto Team Balance as it prevents players from switching freely between the teams. This eliminates the "You cannot switch teams too often, try again later." message and is no longer an excuse for EGO members not to balance out teams.
Out of Bounds (Redzones/Ceiling Limits)- We consider any spot that requires driving a helicopter, parachuting, or walking/driving out of bounds, or requiring aid to access to be an exploit spot. As such, no player should be in one of these spots. Additionally, a few unfair positions on some maps are considered out of bounds. If you are unsure about these areas, seek an =(eG)= or =(eGO)= ranked admin.
Do Not Enter Enemy Uncaps for any Reason!
Do Not Fire Into Enemy Uncaps without Provocation.
Do Not Fire Explosives Into Uncaps
Do Not Fire Mortars and UCAV/SUAV Into or out of Uncaps
Do Not Go Out of Bounds or Through Redzones to Advance Position
Exploiting Redzones and Glitches is Prohibited
Do Not Be Disrespectful Towards Players or Admins
Griefing Players and Equipment is Not Allowed
No Hacking, No Cheating, and No Exploiting
Server Disruption is Not Tolerated
Racism and Bullying Is Not Tolerated in the Server
Advertising Is Not Allowed In the Server
Do Not Camp Vehicles In Uncaps
Vehicles Engaged In Battle Can Be Shot While Retreating
Do Not Fly Helicopters Into Uncaps, Unless in pursuit of a retreating enemy Helicopter. You may pursue a retreating Helicopter into enemy Uncap to finish it off, but may not fire on any other asset while in the Uncap Boundry (Even in self-defense).
