Bad Company 2 Baseraper on BFBC2 server

TheTallCanadien was baseraping on the server I was on. Is this the correct place to report it?

I have already replied to you about this in a private message to me. But here goes...
I entered the game in question and realized you and 5 other USA players were entering Russian uncaps and Base Killing. USA had all 3 bases. It was apparent this had been going on for a while, the other players had been complaining in chat to you and your team for a while. I immediately issued a warning to all players in chat.

You were given an in game 3 day temporary ban from me because:
1. You are a regular player and know the server rules, been playing for minimum 1 year now almost a daily basis. If not longer than a year.
2. Players were complaining of the entering Russian uncaps and Base Killing before I entered the game.
3. You...like 5 other USA players that morning were entering the Russian uncaps and Base Killing with no regard to any rules on the server.
4. Within the first few minutes of me entering the game I kicked several USA players for entering uncaps and Base Killing. As I kicked them they returned to game and continued.
5. I witnessed you in the Apache entering the Russian uncaps, flying around, and killing a few players including myself. Then you were killed with an AT4.
6. I then resorted to temp banning and gave you an in game temporary ban for 3 days.

This action continued with each rule breaking player until the in game disruptions stopped.
You were banned on Christmas morning, so you have until 12-28-2017.
I suggest reading the rules of our server and not breaking them.
