Battlefield 1 Battlefield? 1 Incursions Community

I got one too, but i did not follow up on it, was not to sure what it was all about.
 
From what i read, Incursions is more of a competitive gamemode for BF1

Welcome to the Battlefield 1 Incursions Community Environment

Congratulations! You are invited to play Battlefield 1 Incursions - a new Battlefield experience currently in development.

No longer an anonymous soldier in the trenches, you are now a highly specialized expert, and a member of an elite squad.

Teamwork and playing the objective are more crucial than ever, and can be the critical difference between victory and defeat. Outsmart and outgun the enemy to climb to the top of the matchmaking rankings in this 5-versus-5 mode.

Battlefield 1 Incursions brings a new competitive experience while maintaining the core essence of Battlefield with vehicle and infantry combat, full destruction, and stunning visuals.

I have been playing it since the closed Alpha started.

It is 5v5 gameplay. They give you pre made Kits that you can choose from to use. Only 1 person can use a kit at a time. You do not get to change kits so the one you choose will be the one you use for the whole game.

You are pretty much just fighting over objectives trying to keep the other team off of them. You have to get so many points in order to win. It does have a half time marker where you switch sides. (still do not get to change kits around)

They have a tanker kit. Whoever has it is the only one that can spawn a tank. They are the only ones that can repair it as well. They have to get out of the tank to do it.

Dont be fooled by some of the kits. Just because it says assault doesnt mean it will have a shotgun or something from the assault class. They mix guns up. So make sure to read what each kit carries so that you dont get stuck with some crappy weapon you dont like. lol

It is a lot of fun. I enjoy playing it. I havent found anyone else that has it on here so I usually play with random people matchmaking. It is a competitive game make sure to have comms. Its been my experience that if you cant communicate with your teams 80% of the time you will lose.

If anyone wants to play or anything just hit me up in ts. I will probably be in the BF1 channel. Hope to see some people getting into this.

I've been playing it like crazy also from the beta key they've sent me. I like it. It's a change, but I still love B1. I miss you Tank. I don't see you in TS that often anymore. I hope everything is good on your end. Please join B1 once in a while so I can snipe you and rub in the kill. Tootles!

One thing I like about the tank kit is if you choose that class and you get blown up; there is a pause until a new tank is spawned, you can re-spawn and play on foot until a new tank is available and if you don't die, then a message will appear and if you click on the keyboard button assigned, you will automatically leave the battleground and spawn in the tank. But the tank is at the very beginning where they usually spawn. I like that feature as I can get a few kills sometimes while I'm alive and can jump in a new spawned tank when it's available.

I havent been on much this week sorry! Work has been kicking my butt. Im on ts right now. We are playing on our server. Get on so I can shank you! <3
 
Eh, not really much of a fan of this mode, because it's not really new. It's basically a rush mode with low players and the classes are a bit more complicated.
