Please don't. I know you mean well, but I can already see how chaotic it will be. Let's stick with what we have now, it's not perfect, but this will only bring more problems to the table. I was affected by this switch problem, but even so I say let's not do this.

Please don't do this! For example you have about 20 - 30 cars and you use of them 10! How many players are in Edgegamers? This is the end of every thing, there is no more RP its's you spent all game (time) in LS costoms

i say leave it the way it is now. this would be a pain but also a disaster with the whole server going to upgrade their car after a restart

This is somewhat correct. Some cars have unique features like speakers, etc and some don't. However, the Benny's mod replaces the ls customs and has the same things the last customs has but some cars have more upgrades than others.

If you're referring to modded cars, there's not much that can be done about that. If a car does not have the ability to upgrade things like armor, engine, etc then make a post in the bugs/suggestions forum. As for physical features, those are up to the author of the vehicle.
