Your logic is sound however, there is a flaw in this. The Bible does not use names when referring to days. It simply says the 7th day is a day of rest. While most people claim this is Sunday, on Sundays people go to church, technically going against the 7th day purpose. It doesn't say you shouldn't do work. It says you should rest, as in, not do anything. Going to church would not be resting. This is why Saturday is more correctly viewed as the 7th day.

Also, just to add to the confusion that is "in most countries it's Monday, but in a few (three btw) it's Sunday" logic. In Spanish, the word for Saturday is S?bado. This word is derived from the word Sabbath, furthering my point that it is the 7th day and is even recognized as such in other languages even though the start of their week is on Monday.

With this my case rests. This conversation is over and you all have been bested. If you don't like the point I made about the Spanish word for Saturday, feel free to study other languages. My point is proven over and over again.
