Make Forum Notifications More Noticeable

On the old forums, the notification button used to turn green whenever you would have a notification. Now, a tiny number pops up next to it, and its way up in the top right. People who aren't used to looking/not thinking about it might take a while to notice it, so maybe go back to having it turn green? Or just do something to make it a bit more noticeable. Just an idea :thumbup:

This could also help us in Member Services, because some people probably don’t see them, when we pm them stuff to fix or other stuff, it would help for them to see it better, and it’ll get them to do what needs to be done faster

I personally hate stuff like this, as I don't like getting notifications for every comment lol. But, as long as there'd be an option to turn it off, I'd be fine with it.

Oh, no this would be spam nation in my box. As long as default is off I'd be fine. :thumbup1: But for our own posts definitely.

On Prestige Gaming we also got a nifty notification icon at the bottom right of our screen that would fade in and out as we got notifications.

Quite simply, it read:
You have 1 new notification!
