What?s the upcoming game?

With Fortnite?s EXTREME growth coming to a halt (still growing but less), I?ve been perplexed by this question: what is going to be the next BIG game? In the past few years (2010 and ahead), we?ve seen multiple games rise and fall, for example:
- Halo 4
- Blackops (didn?t play COD, so don?t really know)
- Battlefield
- Medal of Honor (fantastic game)
- GTA V
- CS:GO (HUGE spike as this became one of the best games for eSports)
- LoL (pretty old game to be completely honest)
- PubG
- Fortnite

But I now feel that genres have all been exhausted... Battle royale (for me atleast) has been enough, with H1Z1 KOTK, PubG, Fortnite, Darwins Project and a few more, his gamemode has barely anything new to present to us.
First person shooters, such as CS:GO and CoD seem to be slowly dying, and as the European eSports market is rapidly losing interest in FPS?s, these games will continue to see declines in player count, or at least declines in growth.
Other, more nostalgic games, such as Farmville, Tiny Chef and Stardew Valley have never seen extreme forms if growth, and most have already been ended...

I continue to question myself, what is the next BIG game? Could it maybe be GTA VI (6) [which will likely face similar issues to GTA V in terms of development], possibly CoD BO4, FIFA, Clash Royale? I don?t know...

What do you guys think, what game/gamemode/genres will uprise to be the biggest?

There’s so many new games coming out I don’t really know. If call of duty kills it then that will be the new game and if it’s anythign else than above perfect then it’s gonna flop. Fallout and Skyrim are gonna be awesome but I doubt those will be as prestigious as fortnite. Not sure but we’re gonna have to wait and see

I mean, CoD is always a big game right off the bat, but it’s often disappointing, don’t you think? CoD Ghosts was a prime example of this...

For the most-part of your post, I agree. I just don’t think that Red Dead Redemption will make up for all the crap that Rockstar has been getting. I don’t know too much about that game, but I think its a singleplayer game. And let’s be honest, singleplayer gaming today is dead... That’s why Rockstar has been focusing on the Online mode if GTA V.

Definitely Roblox... Roblox is doing everything right.. I haven't played a single game thats better than fashion frenzy.
