Bad Company 2 No servers

Looks like EA broke ALL the servers for BC2 as I can find none of them, not even the Vietnam servers in Europe their all gone

Last week I noticed an increase in my PING of 60ms,
my PING is 240 with tendencies to fall more .... only last week it fluctuated between 270 to 300 ....

Can it improve PING?
Will we be one less leap from the server? (tracert ping)
