According to EpicFlamingos , this is not considered rebelling. I believe it should be classified as such, because it directly endangers CTs.

While warden is able to specifically specify that gunplanting is rebelling for STs, I feel that it should be just as implied as "no secrets" as it puts unnecessary burden on the warden to define excessive terms for STs.

Given the exact definition for what constitutes rebelling on JB, I would better know how to make this clear, but its already common sense to most people. (A quick strawpoll of the people online received massive agreement)

TL;DR: Make contraplanting as a T rebelling because it endangers CTs.

Looking at the title I thought you meant gunplanting from CT’s and I was like nonono.
This does seem like a rebellious act so +1

I mean if you see them go to a CT area or area like vents/tunnels, just shoot them. Realistically just as the CT / warden tell them to drop the gun away from them and their teammates and not to pick it up. Probably a good idea to also tell them not to face you / CTs when doing so.

This is specifically meant for Freeday STs and other circumstances where a T is not supposed to be in stack but brings a gun, gives it to stack, then leaves.

Obviously if you tell a T to drop a gun away from stack etc etc and they throw it to a fellow T instead, its delaying and can be kosed.

Oranges, are you talking about when an st has a freeday and he goes around grabs guns then throws them into stack? If so that is rebelling, not sure if that rule has been changed.

If they're smart they just walk into the stack and drop it then casually walk away. If you see them then I'd handle it as expected.

I think it is fine how it is right now, if warden fails to state that pursuing secrets is not allowed than that is on them. If we made this a rebellious act despite warden saying it or not it would take the fun out of that rare chance that you get bomb or gun ST. As is said -1 and I believe the rule should remain in place.

The basis of this suggestion is that it puts unnecessary burden on the warden to overly specify all the terms of an ST instead of just being allowed to say "You have freeday ST". There is no denying the fact that tossing a gun into stack as an ST directly endangers the CTs.

I believe you're misinterpreting this suggestion.

Although I see where you're coming from, having a rule that makes a T rebelling for gunplanting can be problematic. In cases where, for example, warden orders T's to unstack by one knifing distance, then orders a T to drop his gun which happens to be close enough to gun planting another T would that make him KOS because warden wasn't explicit with his orders? (ordering the T to drop the gun away from the teammates).

If warden gives a T ST he can simply say any contraband or secrets are KOS. Now in cases where the Warden wants to be lenient and allow the ST to complete secrets he should state gunplanting your teammates isn't allowed.

This problem is pretty unique and doesn't happen too often. I dont think there should be a specific rule about it. Rules are meant to be kinda vague, if not we'd have a Jailbreak Rule Bible.

Completely agree but can we get a Jailbreak rule bible anyways?

The central idea of this suggestion is to prevent STs from getting away with chucking guns into stack, which in my book (And in the books of most people who play JB) is rebelling. I also did state that its warden's fault if he isn't explicit with orders for getting guns out of stack, but this specific suggestion regards Ts bringing guns INTO stack.

I think the reason that STs don't gunplant is because its kinda implied rebelling. If it remains this way more people will catch on that its not, and then you're gonna see wardens have to explicitly say to not gunplant, and then rounds will get screwed over by wardens simply forgetting a small detail.

I think it should be considered rebelling. You throw gun to T, T get gun, T shoot warden, round over (95% of the time)

Maybe also CTs should keep a better eye on the ST(s) and check them for guns and tasers occasionally as well...

Added to rule suggestions:

"As a Prisoner, you are rebelling when you ...

-Assist your teammates in rebelling (i.e Gun Planting) as an ST. "

This rule should have been a given from the start. Any terroist that has an st shouldn’t one being getting guns and two shouldn’t come back with guns or should be assumed they are rebelling they should drop what they have and come back or use what they have to rebel
