Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Need some help boys!

So i was just watching some vids about csgo settings, and i started looking into it a bit then i changed my resolution to one that is too small for my monitor!
it just made my monitor go black then 1 sec i could see something and this over and over, i restarted my pc and reinstalled cs:go but now i cant start my cs:go up anymore!
SS 1, it says that its running but it doesnt show up in my taskmanager!? SS 2

If you think u might know a fix, just hmu and thanks in advance for your help!

Sometimes it could be CSGO running a process in the background. Usually if your game crashed or something this can occur. Task manager will let you know and close it.

i tought so yea, but there was no csgo file running at all, but steam said it was, but i fixed it anyway thanks!
