Counter-Strike Global Offensive Jail Server Is Jailbreak 2 taking over the original Jailbreak?

Is it going to be it's own server or is it just a massive change to jailbreak. Honestly I hope it's going to be it's own thing cause if JB 2 turns out to be a flop I want someplace to go back to. Plus OG JB has a lot of elements from traditional counter-strike gameplay that are irreplaceable.
