also mIRC used to be used for pugs with ESEA..idk if that's still the case.

im also pretty old now, so i'm sure shit has changed.

I played Faceit for like a month but honestly I’m just going to stick to the normal MM

It is but esea is hella expensive, considering a small company like Faceit has a good amount of income just from ads and allows for free play shows ESEA can do it as well but they choose not to

Anything free usually comes with abuse. Like CS:GO for example. A lot more trolls and dumb ****s now.

I'd rather pay 9 dollars for more control. 9 dollars deters people coming on acting like dicks usually. They don't wanna waste their money and get banned or blacklisted.

Ric is right. Unless you are already at a high rank a bunch of ftp players will start to come on and ruin your mm experience. In my opinion esea is better to play but alot more people play faceit because of the ftp thing.

Don't play ESEA anymore but it was pretty good, I usually got pretty good players I used to play with on ESEA when I queued faceit at night at level 9.

I can imagine at lower levels though faceit would be trash, and ESEA would be a better option. It really just depends on what you're looking for.

Free faceit is terrible, might as well play matchmaking. Don't compare free faceit to esea. Faceit premium is pay (per month) to play and it provides a different ranking system.

Could we all just keep in mind that 9 dollars isn't a lot of money to give up? I mean, if you have a source of income, you will most likely make that in an hour. I know I did when I worked at McDonald's. Those who say it is expensive obviously don't have a source of income, because 9 dollars is a very small amount to pay monthly if you are committed to what you are playing.

I mean after my esea subscription is over, I do plan on trying out faceit csgo but that means I have to start all over again in a low-mid rank, not really sure how the placements work.
