Government impound

Howdy Yall,

Ok so the title says it all. For the most part the Government would seize your vehicles if you were a problem with always running from the police and getting caught. Well now this has changed. There are more guidelines that are going to be placed and yes Leadership has discussed this. SO with this being said we are adding the following to the list. 1. Killing more then 3 cops and you get gun down your vehicle will be seized by the Government. 2. Robberies- if your one of those that are always doing robberies well now your car will be seized. When I say robberies If you try and rob Blain County Savings 3 times in 1 day well then BYE BYE car. 3.Super Speeders- the Government has been relaxed about this but no more, time to get strict. If someone is speeding and when I say speeding I mean 100-150 through Legion Square and you are always doing this well time to stop or your vehicle will be seized. So I am sure your thinking hell we can just go to the impound and get it back out well your wrong. When the Government Seizes your vehicle this means that it is taken out of your GARAGE meaning you will have to buy a new one. If your Vehicle does get seized do not make a contact Leadership post or try and start complaining because these actions are because a lot of people think it is fun just to robberies and kill cops and just speed around well now there are more Consequences to these actions. Taking a car worth hours and hours of real time work is taking the easy way out. Find a realistic way to stop crime instead of just taking the vehicles of people who can outsmart all of you.

Seizure of assets is a realistic crime deterrent, seeing as how nobody is going to be okay with being permanently jailed when they commit these crimes.

Perhaps think of a smarter more thought out way to be a criminal. Build your scenes up, don't kill cops frequently, don't drive stupid/unrealistically and you won't have to worry about your car being taken. Keep in mind that GTA Leadership will evaluate the entire situation before determining it good for the government to confiscate the vehicle.

You think losing a car after hours of roleplay in game is bad? Imagine recklessly driving in real life or shooting a cop in real life (if you survive afterwards) and having your car that you've worked years on either building up credit or building up enough money to get gets seized by the police. Not only is it a pain in the butt to get back but you also pay hundreds of dollars of tow and lot fees if you are privileged with getting the car back.

Simple equation here: don't be stupid = no car seizure

Sorry to burst your bubble, but this server isn't like real life, you guys try to make it seem real but it isn't. If this goes down like this we need to have more roles, like a whole system for getting the car taken, this should not just be up to GTA Leadership.

Actually ya is it up to GTA leadership. Second more role, roles for what. You say there needs to be a system for when cars are taken. Ya there is one in place. It is called follow the law and it won’t be taken.

That?s fine. You don?t want that kool. Then I will just remove that and up the Max jail time to 6 hours then and apply the rules to that. Not taking your cars but you can sit in jail be happy for 6 hours. Would you rather me do that.
