Event Description
Counter-Terrorists are invisible until Terrorists plant the bomb in any spot they can get to. CTs can either hide from or follow the Ts, but can't attack until the bomb is planted. Once the bomb is planted, CTs are visible and Ts have to try to defend the bomb before the CTs defuse

yeah GMT covers all of the zone, but he is maybe specific in the numbers for 10 pm its GMT+1

and the 9 pm GMT is GMT-1

hours between, thats what is meant
