Italic font appears instead of Arial.

So yesterday I downloaded some fonts for some odd reason and ever since does fonts messed my pc up. I was able to fix it for the most part apart from google and CS:GO.

I've tried reinstalling the Arial font but it didn't work. In the settings I clicked restore to default font settings and it still didn't work. Can someone please help?

In the font settings of csgo did you rename all the stuff with the normal fonts name to the new fonts. There is some videos on youtube that shows you how you do it.

Could you link me one? Because I'm confused.
 
Give this a try: Open your Control Panel. Once in there, go to Fonts. On the side of the window you will see Font Settings. You can restore your fonts to the default settings in there.

Already did it before. Didn't work. Odly enough, whenever you wrote something in bold it wasn't in italics.
 
OMG YES I FIXED IT. The forums don't have some random stupid font now. I think what worked was at the side you got something called "Adjust ClearType Text" and I just did that and it's fixed now. Thanks for responding though!

So I had steam and google fixed, when I tried fixing another thing google broke. I fixed it partly, everything is in an ok font. I can read it. It's just not the one I had before.
