CS Surf sound effect change

I am suggesting, we lower the volume, or change, the sound for when you beat your time on a map.
The sound for the "WR" is fine, because it's a more true achievement that should play a very obvious sound to everyone.
But people can beat there time 20+ times in one map rotation. (it can get very bothersome) "GET EM' BABY!" X20

Another possibility, you could only play the sound to the person who beats their own time.
