Medium rare usually but some meats are different. For example I like my chicken rare.

Medium rare most of the time.

[Divine]

Only medium rare, if anyone says Well done they’re incorrect in every way imaginable.

[Carter6221]

medium rare on the more bloody side!

[MakoAmalthea]

I'll take it rare or blue rare. The bloodier the better. I love to sear it on both sides, with a bit of garlic, pepper and Old Bay seasoning rubbed into it. Sometimes I have A1 steak sauce to the side but most of the time just the added seasonings I cook it with. I love steak!

Remember as long as the outsides of the meat is cooked, you can have a very juicy medium rare.

Medium rare steaks I tend to find the most enjoyable. Well done steaks are like chewing on a used tire.

[Maserati]

mmmmm... Steak!! Medium please! :drool::drool::drool:

[Moyye]

You can probably find a recipe to cook yourself some medium rare chicken. It's better than rare chicken imo. Jacko

At home it's anywhere from moo to blue.

Out, it's medium rare.
