How many of you are either playing valorant or interested in it?

Very interested in it.

Hacking is going to be very difficult due to Riot's AC implemention (kernel mode AC ftw) so I can't say they're hacking, it's just my skill.

It's all good, but one thing that hasn't been confirmed is community servers. Unless I'm mistaken, I haven't seen anything confirming the existence of them.

It looks interesting, I'd like to try it at least

Been playing non-stop since 8am EST on April 7th. I got an early drop on the 3rd ~ was really hyped up for it.

The game is really fun, but it can get stale with only 3 maps and using the same agents over and over. It is closed beta though, so it's expected. The gunplay and movement is very similar to CS, super easy to learn the callouts & sprays, the only hard part about the game is the timing - so many games have been decided just on bad timing, and it's quite frustrating

No, Its better than VAC but don't expect it to be hacker free. BattleEye (Rainbow Six Siege most popular) has tons of hackers and albeit caught fast they manage to ruin the match. EAC (Apex Legends) has a lot of them as well.

Trust me, theres always gonna be a douche that will hack. E.g. even my dumbass used to make a bot and undarken whole map on league :^)

I finally got a drop after grinding streams for 4 days. Feel free to add me if ya?ll wanna play. :)

Got it after 40 hours of watching summit.

Game feels really nice. Already got a few aces c:

add me if you want! EDisch222#1027

Valorant's anticheat is practically a virus itself.

It uses kernal level permissions beyond anything you have as the computer owner.

Just got it last night, definitely worth the long hours of streaming. Drewerth Drewerth Can you expand on

Valorant's anti-cheat is on kernel level. This means that the anti-cheat has max level administration perms, and boots as the os boots. It allows the anti-cheat therefore see everything that happens since boot. Yes, this does make a stronger anti-cheat. But, the problem is that 1). Tencent (Riot's owner) are a chinese company that has been known to give backdoors (like this anti-cheat) to the Chinese government. 2). Their anti-cheat can be manipulated. I.E. it's very easy for hackers to access to a program with max perms.

Not good
