Bad Company 2 For those having lag issues on BC2

Loss% is Packet Loss , Best is ping , the 1st line does not matter ( I would have 93% Loss to my Router ) , would even be on the internet .

What makes you think that the first line doesn't matter? You could have a bad cable (or wireless issue, if you are using wireless).

I don't see any loss to my router.

There was once a player named papa960 or something who once told me they moved the server from Texas to Florida. Texas would be more centralized for U.S. players. If lag is a major issue for many players maybe EGO should find another server. It's always laggy for me during the day.

The BC2 servers IP resolved to Texas, right now. I cannot remember us having servers in Florida ever.

I don't have a bad cable of anything else , the Rogers tech told me that was completely normal , and as I already stated , with that kind of Loss% I would not even be able to connect .

I wouldn't trust the rogers tech one bit on that one. 97% loss to your router is definitely abnormal or indicative of something not being correct.

He was eGO and I guess he was just messing with me. I've thought that for years. I played today and it was great. One thing that could be causing issues is the shear volume on the net because of everyone staying at home.

This is correct. I'd eliminate any packet loss to your router, your first hop, out of your network.
