Resolved [gta] lockpicking houses some times doesn't load the location

at night i was entering some dudes house after lockpicking it, when i got inside it was just a black loading screen of death and it wouldn't load the area, The only way you can recreate the bug is if you go in at night after a server restart or if you are aware the instance wasn't loaded today and go and load the instance yourself, didn't lose lockpicks though, but if cops were online they would've been able to respond before i had a chance to leave the area or move my vehicle or defend my vehicle so its a bug. that is all.

it has happened to my house on load in once or twice aswell, postal of the GOH house is gonna be at 812
