Car and upgrades removed?

Ok so the first car I bought on the server was a 2015 mustang and I fully upgraded it and always drove it but recently I haven't been in the city and i just started playing again. I decided to take it out and it is now fully stock and there are no upgrades for it anymore in the customs shop. Did the car get fully removed or something? if so pretty disappointing cuz its was a fire car.

what do you mean save the changes? it changed back to stock by itself. i want the upgrades back and they arent even listed in the customs shop.

I don't know what he was referring to, but that's different.

You should make an IC gov request to get an approximate refund on the parts you put on the mustang and then upgrade it again. Most likely there was just a database issue and the car was reset. It has happened once to me, but never again.
