What happen to our servers population?

Been jumping on our TF2 servers and they seem to be empty. So sad to not see any of our clan on those servers. It never use to be that way in the past. I wish we can build up those servers again.

Population has really dropped the past few years, since Valve introduced a matchmaking style system that left servers running 24/7 regular maps in the dust. It’s been hard to watch.

That's really a shame to hear of this. Valve seems to screw things up for all of us. Just like in Battlefield, we really can't control the servers like we use too. So many, many hackers out there. Doesn't make the game too enjoyable anymore.

Thanks! Yes, 55 and still gaming. Hopefully I have another 30 more years of gaming ahead of me. I hope the clan can make it 30 more years.

Can't wait for the forum moderators to bring back all the awards we worked for and earned again. I'm always striving to win more of those medals. Great accomplishments within the clan!

Honestly, We've been enjoying HIGHER population recently, I've noticed Hightower, Harvest, and 2Fort all hitting the upper 20's in recent days. I think they have been slower over the last few days; the likely culpret I think has been the holiday season, a good portion of people are prepping for the holiday season. I expect though with the events we have planned here soon, things will pick back up. The best way though to help is to hop on, invite some friends; and of course always there's seeding. The recent drop we had also was because of the Halloween update thing they did, got more people playing casual. But all in all, things are looking up.

Seeding is basically joining the server to boost the player count, being inactive/afk also helps as well
