Beginning of round protection/knife bug

Description of the bug.
The beginning of round protection is not being disabled when users use right clicks on the knife.

What should be happening instead?
Beginning of round protection should be disabled after a user right clicks with their knife.

Describe how to replicate the bug.
Start a round of TTT, wait for the round to begin, right click with your mouse out, observe that beginning of round protection is not disabled.

I think this is intended since you lose it when you hit a person with right click, but maybe I'm wrong

Round protection should be dropped the second you shoot/attack at all - doesn't need to be at someone in particular...
