This could be a cheater .I joined harvest and saw someone in chat say he's a cheater and please report. I don't quite know if this is a friend trolling.

Record a demo and submit it as a ban request. Otherwise this will never get handled.

m4rc , the best way to do that is a ban request if you cannot find someone immediately, it will do exactly what you seek, even if denied. Posting it on forums it will get buried more than it will help, if you need someone instantly, discord would be the way to go. I regret the last time I tried to respond I wasn't around, but nonetheless we got someone on to watch even after in case they come back. If you need help regarding ways to record evidence, I might have some solutions you might find interesting, even for super-lowspec computers, if that is the issue at play.

Yes you do cause we need to watch the demos IN tf2 so we can go frame-by-frame for some cases. Also, OBS vids can be larger than a tf2 demo file
