/outfits not working

Description of the bug.
when trying to use /outfits or /outfitadd or /outfit (name) neither of them work, meaning that currently there is currently no way to save outfits in the server

What should be happening instead?
/outfits and the other outfit commands should work, allowing players to save outfits

Describe how to replicate the bug.
create an outfit using /outfitadd (name) or / addoutfit (name) - I can't remember what the command is called :/
then do /outfit (name) using the name of the outfit just created

Nothing will happen meaning the command is currently useless

Ped Yea, this clothing resource we are using will not be the final one. Outfits aren't working because the resource, well sucks.

We have one nearly completed and will resolve this issue, but for now, until we fix the final task, we have to use this one until then.

sounds good, wasn't aware that outfits were attached to the clothing script
