Suggested rule change

The rules state that a pardon has to be offered before bloodhound, but it does not say how long before, so I am proposing that you change the rules to make it so that if a game is played between the pardon and bloodhound, he must re offer it.

An example is on quake if someone asks for tp St from cell tp. The warden says ill pardon you and the guy says no. Then the guy hides for a minute then asks for a pardon the warden cant say no pardon. Then 5 minutes later the warden blood hound for him. When he would have taken the pardon.

I’m a little confused with the example. I think just before the warden offers bloodhound to a T to offer a pardon to the other T. I’ve never seen a situation like this come up and I think changing the rule will make it more confusing.

You may only offer bloodhound LR if there are only 2 non-rebelling T’s alive and a pardon has already been offered.

The warden may only bloodhound for LR if there are 2 non-rebelling Ts, and they must have already offered a pardon. In other words, it is once the warden gets down to two prisoners then they may offer a pardon. Ideally the duration between offering the pardon and then bloodhounding should be minimal.

If you run into this situation again feel free to point it out in the chat; admins should also be able to step in and explain to the warden what specifically must happen.
