Not Planned Creating an event

Hey guys, i don’t know if i can do that because i’m only =(e)= and that’s why i’m asking here, but i would like to host an event that will have a giveaway at the end, probably like a 100$ worth csgo skin, it would be like a parkour event and the winner with the best timer would get the prize, if it is more requested, i could to 3 prize 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place with best timer would get respectively a csgo skin that is worth 100$, 50$ ans 25$, so admin, don’t hesitate to tell me if i could do that event since i’m only =(e)=
