Not Planned More DS upgrades

DS is simply a way to donate to the community and get some additional perks for it. DS should never be a P2W thing, or anything that greatly impacts server function, like higher CT queue priority or CF %, which would definitely be considered P2W in my eyes. QOL features are fine for DS (such as !ghost, !hats, !reskin [TTT], Chat Colour, Join Messages, etc), while things that make it unfair for non-DS aren't (as with two of your suggestions).

DS ability to !votectban was suggested and discussed before before, I'm not sure where the conversation went after it was discussed but it seemed a very large majority of players and admins were against it, especially for that fact that it would easily be abused (% of abuse:legitimate uses are small) and would bring more bad than good. Don't like the CT on when there's no admins? Swap em. CTs are winning? Swap em. Don't like someone for their name, voice, avatar, whatever? Swap em. Etc.
DS brings !voteban and !votekick to be used in the extreme cases when admins aren't on (MFK, Racism, Griefing, etc), most CT offenses (while annoying for sure) imo is considered minor.

I actually never put it into perspective like that and now that I think about it you're right, however, I still am really for the votect ban which can be used if admins are offline, because back when I was DS if you votekicked a CT for freekilling like 2 times theyd just come back onto the CT team after the kick, so I would usually just voteban them for 30m, which seems too long so thats why i am in favor for the ctban vote
