This has been done before, however, we have come to the conclusion that this isn't the best use of our resources. We have been making an effort to post more content on your YouTube such as Frags of The Month, Community Updates, and Meet The Leadership. Every video uploaded has to have zero/minimal cussing and we need to filter all the videos before we upload them to YouTube. With an hour-long video, of adults all talking, there will be surely plenty of cussing. We recorded one video and... well.... never made it to the front page. As well, I do not want the conversation to feel less fluid because individuals will be walking on eggshells. Instead, we are happily looking into other video ideas at the moment... like a game show!

Why though? To abide by the CoC, you only need to limit "excessive swearing," not swearing alltogether. If you really can't sit down and talk for an hour without breaking this rule, then perhaps the CoC needs revisiting rather than gutting the idea altogether

We've attempted a podcast episode before with the intention of having minimal cussing, and it did not go so well. It would have taken a long time to edit, by a video editor, for free, that no one would have wanted to do. We can allocate our time and resources to better content than this.

We've been informed and have been following a more strict rule on cussing and swearing when it comes to our videos and social presence. Since it is an outreach platform, used primarily with the intention of advertising our community, we are limited to the amount of cussing (if any) that we can produce and allow on these projects. If you go back to our recent videos, you will notice bleeping (especially on our TikTok videos). It is not fun to sit down and go through a 1.5-hour to 2-hour video for every instance of where there is a cussword. We want to supply our Media Members with fun projects to work on that provides creativity and freedom, this does not supply that. At the same time, it will not get the engagement we would like if there were bleeps put all over the video. This is coming straight from the top, so we do apologize.

You don't edit it in, you press a button. it bleeps everything you say while you press it, just say that if ur gonna swear, do it as sparingly as possible and bleep urself.
