Thoughts On COD 1?

Should COD require more skill just like back in 2003?

Anybody remembered COD 1 back in 2003? Those were the days a rifle only server, the scrims. Ahh good times. Miss the days when the server cap was over 60 players, big maps. Now do you guys agree COD took a turn for the worst and should go back to it's original roots? Keep in mind back in COD 1 it was easy for the user to create their own maps, mods and skins.

COD1 looks more like Day of Defeat Source than it does any CoD after that ;)

I do think I had the most fun gaming on CoD4 though. There was just something about the game, community, and era.

COD 4 was really good too, felt more like a team based game. Even COD WOW was really good that actually took skill.

Yeah IMO COD2, 4 and even 5 were the best. Cod 2 introduced me to 'competitive' gaming/scrims. Cod 4 was great for the mods and even better for PROMOD and scrims. Just overall a well balanced game. Cod 5 was just fun though, not competitive. The zombie mods online were great and custom zombie maps were the icing on the cake. Back when gaming was simple, without microtransactions and were all about letting the players decide how they want to play.

Those were the days, back then I was an alternate on a pro team that mostly did CTF,but I had fun and enjoyed the clan I was with.
